What is ServeNest?
ServeNest is an online ordering and restaurant management platform for UK restaurants, takeaways, cafés and dessert shops. It gives your business its own branded ordering website and dashboard for managing orders, menus, QR ordering, payments and customer updates.
Do I get my own online ordering website?
Yes. During registration you choose your ServeNest address, for example my-restaurant.servenest.co.uk. Customers can use this link to place delivery, collection or table orders directly with your business.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. You can connect your own custom domain from the admin panel, and we can help you connect it if you need support with the setup.
Does ServeNest take commission on orders?
No. ServeNest charges a subscription fee and does not take commission from each order. Payment processing fees from Stripe may still apply.
How do I get started with ServeNest?
Sign up for a free 14-day trial, choose your ServeNest ordering address, add your menu, configure opening times, delivery and collection settings, QR codes and payment options, then share your ordering link with customers.
What payment methods do you accept?
Customer card payments are powered by Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in British Pounds (GBP), and we also accept bank transfers for annual plans.
Can I manage multiple business locations?
Yes! ServeNest's multi-tenant architecture allows you to manage multiple business locations from a single dashboard. Each location can have its own menus, settings, and analytics while you maintain centralised control.
Is my data secure and GDPR compliant?
Absolutely. We are fully compliant with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we undergo regular security audits. You maintain full ownership of your data.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. We'll keep your data for 30 days after cancellation in case you want to reactivate.
